Job Description :

Receiving Guests,
Co-ordinating with appointments and Interveiws,
Take care of email and telephone correspondence.
Manage housekeeping and security staff
Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.)
Office management
Take care of day to day admin related activities


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication skills with Pleasant personality
Basic Excel, Email drafting, MIS reporting & documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have done Class 10, +2 and graduation with English medium
Graduation must be a regular course
