Job role -• Handling Induction, explaining job duties, employee benefits.
• Participation in yearly performance appraisal assessment and evaluation process through the HRMS system.
• Preparing & issuing the increment/promotion letters.
• Employee Rewards and Recognition.
• Organizing Employee Engagement activities in Organisations
• Conducting preliminary round of interviews, shortlisting, and selection of candidates.
• Salary negotiations, fixation of designation, and salary.
• Reference check as well as background verification of all the employees
• Conducting joining formalities of the new recruits and also co-ordination for training like Induction and Orientation.
• Responsible for new joiner’s documentation
• Maintaining personal files of the employees.
• Sending welcome mail about new joiners throughout the organization.
• Explaining the code of conduct, the company procedures & policies.
• Explaining new joiners about the organization in terms of Mission, Vision, Objective & its business
• Prepare the monthly payroll data in HRMS and process the final pay-out based on the attendance.
• Documenting & maintaining the Mediclaim records of all employees.
• Preparing and maintaining of Monthly HRMIS i.e. Additions, Resignations, Transfer, Promotion, Increment, etc.
• Leave management, maintaining the leave record, and attendance marking with help of attendance software.
• Maintaining all the HR related databases.
