Designation : Front Desk Executive

Probation period: 6 months

Timings : 8:00 AM -6:30PM

Salary : 18,000/- per month. (TDS of 10% will be deducted during probation)
Location: Jangpura Extension,Delhi


Job Summary:-
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them beverages, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting .

Responsibilities:-
• Greet guests and provide them good customer services
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and write down the messages
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments
• Maintain outgoing and incoming couriers
• Maintain records and files
• Office should be clean and maintain the decorum
• Ensure reception area is tidy
• Coordinate office activities
Desirable Attributes:-
• Good knowledge of MS office(especially MS-Excel and word)
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Pleasing personality
