Field Sales Executive (Surgical Dressings & Disposables)
Vacancies 4, Shift : 9am to 6pm
Selection Procedure: Will go through 2-3 rounds and last round will be in Hyderabad from morning to evening where we will bear all the transportation expenses.
Experience: Min 1 year in sale of Surgical Dressings and Disposable Products/Surgical Equipments or Candidate with Insurance/creditcardsale Exp. can apply*Must know local language*
Per Month Salary (Breakup): 18k to 35k: Fixed Salary 16k to 25k. Transport Allowance

Work Details & Responsibilities - Achieve the given Sales and Collection targets.
- Effective field work maintaining the set call average.
- Build relationship with the Stockist Distributors, Chemists.
- Provide product information and deliver samples.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with new customers and clients.
- Develop dealer and distributor network and maintain good relations with current and potential customers.
- Ensure existing markets are retained by maintaining close client relationships.
- Conduct market research activities as required and identify prospects by continuous Cold calls.
- Promote an image of organisation and product/services that will further fulfil company objectives.
- Report on developments in the market place and competitor activities.
- Identify and advise on new market opportunities.
- Assist with Development and Launch of new products/services.
- Explore Potential Customers, by reaching out to Hospitals and other concerned areas on a regular basis.
- Follow up continuously, Conduct Demonstrations, if necessary, Negotiate Close Orders.
- Ensure Prompt after sales support.
- Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on Sales and Marketing.
