- Responsible for E911 (Survey & PSAP Testing), Fiber (Underground & Aerial) Installation, MPE Study, LTE Installation, commissioning & Integration Projects for US Clients.
- Responsible & Manage service level agreement (SLA), customer/client satisfaction, productivity, people management & employee satisfaction.
- Interact with Clients/Stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication to understand and analyses the business requirements and also to identify appropriate solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with Clients, plan and Implement operational strategies to ensure enhanced productivity and customer experience.
- Ensuring KPI targets are met within the planned deadlines, cost & quality norms by ensuring optimum utilization of available resources.
- Standardize and Stabilize reporting processes across business through project planning, tracking deliverables, SOP creation.
- Deftly involved in following up the associates performance and manage the discrepancy through existing performance enhancement plans on relevant situations.
- Direct, lead and motivate teams; imparting continuous on-job training to accomplish greater operational effectiveness.
- Measuring maturity processes / practices in the organization, analyzing gaps & recommending action plans.
- Assuring that appropriate processes are followed and identifying weak areas to improve adherence and providing suggestions regarding improvement of processes.
- Instrumental in setting SMART goals and ensuring process improved of client KPIs.
- Managing a team of front line agents, supervisors and Assistant Managers.
- Active Involvement in initial/lateral Hiring.
- Significantly contribute in people development and ensure their career enhancement through regular interaction, performance reviews and SKEP (Skills Knowledge Enhancement Plans).
- Facilitating Monthly Rewards and Recognition's programs focused on agents/support performance appreciation.
