Planning and Strategy Related HR recruitment
Responsible for creating awareness and educating the staff on the organisation values and mission and employee related policies.
Coordinate with the Management and Department Heads for scaling up of resources in line with the growth plans of the organisation
Responsible for setting budgets and targets for the HR department
Manage employee attrition, analyse exit interviews and use the information to benefit the organisation
Recruitment and Induction Related Review the requests for manpower requirement from the Departments, and ensure the need for additional staff and also come up with recruitment plan (plan to suggest promotion of internal staff, references from staff, whether to go in for advertisement or engage a HR agency etc. to be suggested)
On time processing of recruitment requests
Ensure the organisations induction program is properly conducted for the new recruits
Ensure maintenance of up to date employee database with complete information about the employee.
