Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Handling the work of HR & Administration support.
• To conduct Employee engagement activities,
• Establish and carry out evaluation of staff members,
• Update the Rules & Regulations in a timely manner according to the changes, maintain files related to the HR department,
• Keep an accurate demographic as well as official record of the employees,
• To conduct Exit interviews and to work out Full & Final settlement of the employees,
• This will include all activities related to recruitment like scheduling the candidates for interviews, joining formalities.
