We have an urgent opening for the role of Customer Care Executive /Customer Service Executive with Banglore based Organization.
Please find below the Job Description:
●Out call customers to sell our products
●Handle product inquiries both telephonically and by email. Document all conversations according to standard operating procedures
●Manage and resolve customer complaints
●Process sale orders
●Meet the SLA/Targets set by the management
Make Out bound calls and answer incoming calls to sell our products, answer inquiries and questions.
Qualification: 2nd Puc
Experience: Minimum 6months in BPO/ Call center. (Preferably Outbound/Inbound sales)
Languages: Good English + Hindi and any other regional language
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Offered-12k to 20k depending on candidate proficiency and the current take home.
Incentives: Incentives based on performance
