Required Skills & Experience:-
a) A qualified with at least 3+ years of experience.
b) Should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills. An achiever in life with desire to outperform
c) Should be aggressive in targeting sales, have strong conviction and be polite & courteous while dealing with prospective or existing clients.
d) Maintaining and increasing sales of company\'s products
e) Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
f) Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
g) Servicing the needs of your existing customers
h) Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
i) Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
j) Developing sales strategies and setting targets
k) Monitoring your team\'s performance and motivating them to reach targets
l) Compiling and analysing sales figures
m) Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
n) Collecting customer feedback and market research
o) Reporting to senior managers
p) Keeping up to date with products and competitors
q) Take responsibility and ownership of his duties at all times, understanding the tasks assigned and prioritise his work.
r) Should have excellent flair for sales, be self-motivated and passionate for work.
s) Ability to understand customer psychology & be a problem solver
t) Should possess out of the box thinking and positive attitude towards duties
u) Should be a go getter
