As a Customer Service Executive, you will be owning following responsibilities:
Responding based on customer input, one-to-one solutions to customers' requirements.
Managing the firms interactions with current and future customers.
Understanding customers needs.
Attracting new customers and retaining customers through better customer experience.
Communicating and solving the queries of stylists/salons.
